Meet our distinguished senior boy, Hawkeye.  He is about 9 years old and weighs 100 pounds.  He is a big boy and needs to lose a few pounds.  He is enjoying life in a lovely foster home and he has excellent house manners and is well behaved when left alone.  He LOVES people too and would love to snuggle on the couch or in bed with you.  He is a very handsome boy and will be even more handsome once his coat grows back in (it has recently been shaved down).  He has even been able to spend a day at Doggie Disneyland where he got to go into group play with lots of other dogs. He is on thyroid medication so his new owner will need to be committed to providing that to him for life.  That combined with additional weight loss will help him be the healthiest boy he can be and live his life to the fullest!
