Cola is a fun loving, playful, high energy 17 month old pup. He is a regular ole good time Charlie and loves to get a party started when around other furry friends on play dates. He loves nothing more than the thrill of a good chase and will do just about anything to instigate one, whether that means stealing something forbidden or nipping at a fellow furry friend to get a reaction. 

He loves to cuddle with his human friends and would be in heaven if a family member could be within two feet of him at all times. A perfect day in Cola’s life looks like a minimum of two solid long walks a day, an afternoon or evening romp with some furry friends (larger dogs seem to handle Cola's energy better), and lots and lots of belly rubs. Followed, of course, by power naps.

Cola gets very anxious when sensing an imminent goodbye and tends to manifest his anxiety by mouthing your forearm as if to say, "NOOOO, DON'T LEAVE MEEEE!!" And he gets very excited when you come home, with jumping and pawing, “I’M SO GLAD TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!” So a family where someone is home most of the time is best.

Cola has had quite a bit of training, and has basic commands such as sit, down, stay, and come, but he has a stubborn streak and won’t always please. He still needs work on impulse control (i.e. counter surfing) and will do best in a home where routine, consistency, and patience can be provided. After all, he is still considered a puppy!

This furry friend is waiting for his forever home to shower him with lots of attention, love, and cuddles. He is a wonderful dog, who loves to play, but just needs to learn his boundaries. He is fully potty trained and semi crate trained. Do you have the home for Cola to thrive?
