DAPHNE URGENTLY NEEDS A FOSTER/HOME
Daphne is a family dog and is very sad to be in a kennel facility. She is a gentle and sweet lioness who can't wait to go home with you. Growing up in a family, it is hard for Daphne to now live in a boarding facility. Daphne' s former owners became victims of the foreclosure crisis and lost their house. Daphne grew up with two young children and another dog. She loves to go on car rides and long walks in the park. Daphne is currently receiving obedience training and is a smart little girl! Daphne is a very loyal dog and would also do great with a single person. All she needs is somebody who will make Daphne is/her best friend! Spayed and vaccinated. Contact Ingrid, (310) 480 6030 or pajade@yahoo.de (4-10)

Alice is a three year old, forty pound lab mix who was left to fend for herself in the back yard when her owner abandoned her and her brother Atticus. Thankfully they were discovered by animal control and GH was able to rescue them from the Devore shelter. Alice is very loving and is learning her basic manners. She prefers human companionship to the company of other dogs and does not enjoy kitties. She has great energy and is quite playful and so deserving of a second chance to find her forever home. For information, contact: 818-242-1128 (2-10)

Champ is Looking for his Champion!
Champ is a 6-7 year old neutered Golden Retriever mix. He is up to date with his vaccines and is microchipped. Champ is looking for one best buddy to share his life with. He would like a single person home with no children. Champ loves to play and roll around. He likes the company of other dogs but we are not sure if he wants to live with another dog. Champ enjoys his walks and play time immensely. However, since he is not a high energy dog he is perfect to just lie around the house with as well. Are you the Champion that will give Champ his forever home? Please contact Mary at (818) 261-6974 or Hope at (818) 887-2843 to find out more about Champ and how you can meet him. (12-09)

Angel is a 10-year old Golden/Chow mix. She has lived with her elderly owners since she was 6 weeks old, but they are moving to a senior residence which is not conducive to having a dog, so they have made the difficult decision to try to find a loving home for her. She is a house dog but also enjoys being outside. Even at the age of 10, she is still frisky, loves going for walks, playing with her chew toys, and just being petted. She weighs about 40 pounds, and has not lived in a home with children or other pets. If you are looking for a sweet companion, Angel is your girl.
Please contact Barbra Miner at 818-903-4199.
